1. Content Guidelines

Originality: Submissions must be original and created solely for Renewable Affairs. Duplicate content or plagiarism is not accepted. Always provide attribution and link back to the original source when quoting.
Marketing-Neutral: Articles should deliver insights and value for readers, not advertisements or promotional content.
Tone & Style: Professional, factual, and engaging. The content should appeal to professionals, researchers, and energy enthusiasts.
Word Count:
- News / Press Release: Minimum 500 words
- Blog Article: 800–1500 words
References: Any facts, data, or quotes should be linked to reliable sources.

2. Submission Requirements

Company Information: Provide your company name, website domain, and area of service.
Author Bio: A short bio (50–100 words) with a link to your website or professional profile (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) — optional.
AI-Free Content: All submissions must pass AI-detection tests. We do not accept articles generated by ChatGPT or other AI writing tools.

3. Approval & Editing

Every submission is reviewed for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and length.
Renewable Affairs reserves the right to edit or reject articles.
If rejected, you will be notified via email.

4. Terms & Conditions

Ownership: Published content belongs to Renewable Affairs. Reproduction, distribution, or storage without written consent is not allowed.
Modifications: We may update, modify, or remove content at our discretion.
Payment: Payment for guest posts or link placements must be completed before publication.
