Recently Adani Green Energy, a top player in the solar manufacturing industry, released their net profits and financial growth to the media.
According to the reports Adani Green generated a revenue profit of 33%, almost ₹7,735 crores. This is one of the biggest revenue targets achieved in the solar industry . Officials of Adani Green revealed that the company generated revenue of ₹28.06 billion in the Q4 which is an increase of 4.89% YoY as per the data.
Recently Adani has boosted its goal to complete the installation of 50 GW by 2030 and this is considered as a tremendous jump from its earlier plans. Now they have crossed the renewable capacity of 10 GW making them the first company to achieve this milestone.
The CEO of Adani Green, Amit Singh stated “We have deployed the first 2 GW of the 30 GW of renewable capacity under construction at Khavda in just 12 months of breaking ground. Our highest capacity addition of 2.8 GW in FY24 demonstrates our strong execution capabilities, and we are confident of continuing the momentum.”
Currently, Adani is developing the world’s largest renewable energy project, 30GW, on barren land at Khadva in Gujarat. It uses the latest renewable energy technologies and India’s largest 5.2MW wind turbine, which will maximize energy and minimize the cost of electricity.
The company also mentions its landmarks, including the announcement of the construction of the first hydro-pumped storage project at Chitravathi River. The project is located in Peddakotla in the Sri Sathya Sai district of Andhra Pradesh.
