WoCo Brings Solar At Office Workspace

Gurugram, the tech hub of India, is known for its fast-paced corporate life, where offices are packed with servers and employees immersed in endless work. This Grade A commercial space at the NH-8 intersection in Gurugram, developed by WoCO (World of Cool Offices), is designed to blend luxury with environmental responsibility. The building boasts an IGBC Platinum rating, setting a new benchmark for eco-friendly workspaces.

At its core, WoCO One is built for minimal environmental impact. It features a 45 kW solar power capacity, ensuring a significant portion of the office’s energy needs are met through renewable sources. The building also has energy-efficient ventilation, optimal natural lighting, and high-performance VRVs, reducing artificial heating and cooling dependency. Additionally, it is equipped with EV charging stations and a zero-liquid discharge system, making it a low-carbon workspace that actively reduces waste.

Founder Angad Singh Pasricha envisions WoCO One as more than just an office—it’s a workspace that promotes innovation while co-existing with nature. Design Director Anand Sharma emphasizes that sustainability is the core of the architecture, creating an environment where productivity meets eco-consciousness. Meanwhile, Goonmeet Singh Chauhan highlights the stunning white terrazzo stone cladding that enhances the aesthetic appeal while maintaining the building’s green credentials.

With the backing of industry leaders like Design Forum International and Bobby Mukherjee Architects, WoCO One is a step toward a future where commercial spaces don’t just house businesses—they coexist with nature, offering employees a healthier, greener way to work.
