GP Eco Solutions India Limited (GPES Solar) marked its 15-year milestone not with a traditional celebration, but with a Workforce Development & Engagement Day dedicated to empowering its employees. This initiative reflected GPES’s belief that its greatest strength lies in the people who carry forward its vision of renewable energy leadership.
A Journey of Legacy & Growth
Since its incorporation in 2009, GPES has evolved from solar EPC projects (2013), solar inverter distribution (2017), and diversification into storage and lithium-ion batteries (2022). By 2024, it had been listed on NSE, launched its IPO, and partnered with Adani Solar, further cementing its leadership.
This journey, shaped by trust, collaboration, and innovation, has created the strong identity GPES Solar enjoys today.
Workforce Development & Engagement Day
To honor this legacy, GPES chose to invest in its workforce — organizing a development workshop focused on motivation, growth, and building stronger engagement.
Two renowned personalities led the sessions:
Mr. Sonu Sharma, one of India’s most celebrated motivational speakers, energized the audience with insights on resilience, discipline, and purpose-driven growth. His talk inspired employees to embrace challenges as opportunities.
Dr. Kumar Vishwas, poet and thought leader, connected through his unique blend of wit and wisdom, reminding employees of the importance of creativity, relationships, and passion in both personal and professional journeys.
Both sessions infused the day with renewed energy and purpose, making it a true milestone in GPES’s journey.
