KPI Green Energy Profit Grows 67% in Q2, Revenue Jumps 77%, Announces Dividend

KPI Green Energy has announced strong financial results for the second quarter of FY26. The company’s revenue also saw major growth, rising 77% to ₹641.1 crore, mainly due to faster project completion and strong performance across its business segments.

KPI Green Energy has also declared a second interim dividend of 5%, which comes to ₹0.25 per share (face value ₹5). 

The record date to decide which shareholders will receive the dividend is November 14, and the payment will be made within 30 days.

After the results were announced, the company’s share price touched an intra-day high of ₹527.35. However, the stock has fallen about 9% so far this year. 

KPI Green Energy currently has a market capitalization of around ₹10,090 crore.
