SolarYaan Steals the Show at REI Expo 2025 with India’s First 125 kW Hybrid Inverter

SolarYaan has launched a new range of three-phase hybrid inverters (5 kW – 125 kW) with modular storage batteries (6 – 16 kWh) at the Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2025 in Greater Noida.

A company spokesperson said, “We are the first in India to launch a 125 kW hybrid inverter.”

The company explained that frequent power cuts, rising electricity costs, and increasing rooftop solar installations are pushing homeowners to choose hybrid inverters that combine solar power with battery backup.

These systems let users run their homes on solar power during the day and use stored energy at night, giving them energy independence and cost savings.

In rural areas, where electricity supply is often unstable, these hybrid inverters play an important role in ensuring continuous power for homes, schools, and small businesses.

SolarYaan also noted that government rural electrification schemes are improving the use of hybrid solar systems for off-grid reliability

The company said its new inverters in the 5–125 kW range are seeing strong demand because they help manage high-power loads, reduce electricity bills, and provide reliable backup power during grid failures.
