Solex Energy Ltd has officially introduced two advanced solar modules, the “Tapi R” and the “Tapi Series,” specially engineered to perform well in Rajasthan’s challenging weather conditions.
The event, in which industry partners, banks, and company leaders are invited, was an important move for Solex as it grows its presence in sunny regions.
The highlight of the announcement is the Tapi R module, the first in India to feature rectangular cell architecture, powered by N-Type TOPCon technology. With an impressive output range of 595–625 W, 132 half-cut rectangular cells, and an efficiency of 23.14%.
This module is suitable for both rooftop and utility-scale applications. It comes with a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year performance guarantee. The company offers long-term assurance to customers.
Along with it, the Tapi Series introduces a dual-glass N-Type module delivering 570–595 W, with 144 half-cut cells and 23.03% efficiency. Its dual-glass design increases mechanical strength and offers excellent protection against Rajasthan-specific challenges like PID, dust, UV exposure, and heat.
“Our innovation is rooted in what our customers need,” said Chetan Shah, Chairman, and Managing Director of Solex Energy. “These modules are built not only for high performance but also for reliability and durability in real-world conditions, whether it’s a rooftop, utility plant, or captive system.”
Solex also highlighted its commitment to affordability and manufacturing strength. “We aim to empower EPCs, developers, and end users with solutions that deliver long-term value,” Shah added.
To support its growth in the region, Solex is expanding its technical and partner network in Rajasthan.
