Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd has announced that its profit for the September quarter more than doubled to ₹116.34 crore, compared to ₹53.51 crore in the same period last year. The company said this is its highest-ever quarterly performance, driven by strong project execution, sector growth, and expansion into new areas such as battery energy storage systems and data centres.
Its total revenue also rose sharply to ₹774.78 crore, up 47.7% from ₹524.47 crore in the previous year’s quarter.
Waaree Renewable, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Ltd, builds, owns, and operates solar projects for commercial and industrial clients across different regions, helping accelerate India’s shift toward clean energy.
The company said its unexecuted order book stands at 3.48 GWp, which will be completed over the next 12–15 months, while its project bidding pipeline remains strong at over 27 GWp.
In addition, the board has approved funds for setting up three new solar power plants, two projects of 14 MWp each in Maharashtra and one 37.5 MWp project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
